What's a Mastermind group?
A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success and described in more detail in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich. - Wikipedia
Success Squad combines skills coaching with confidential peer-to-peer mentoring in a 52-week structured group with a series of instructor-led success skills workshops on related topics to increase participants ability to set proper goals, create effective action plans, & evaluate progress to ensure maximized results.

After suffering from health issues, domestic violence, & other obstacles our team wanted to give others a path to success. Success Squad hopes that all of you will teach what you have learned to others, maybe even hold your own mastermind groups to open a new income stream for yourselves!

By holding the mastermind as a fundraiser it makes it affordable to everyone while doing the most good in the world.

Instructor guided workshops, book reviews, & resources from a John Maxwell Team Member & National Society of Leadership & Success Executive Leadership Training graduate with additional certifications from other colleges & institutions
Private Facebook group to reach out to the entire Success Squad, review past lessons, & find extra material or bonus information
Focused 4-hour meetings twice a week to create short & long-term goals, action plans, & make needed adjustments by evaluations

Who benefits?
Success Squad always gives 100% of the membership fee to charity! Instructors & guest speakers don't earn from participating in the Success Squad.

Since this is a donation you can raise funds just as you would for any other charity instead of paying out of pocket if payment is a barrier to your membership.
Before you can join the Success Squad you will need to sign an agreement on the rules and code of conduct. This is required because of the zero tolerance policy on bullying and discrimination as well as the monthly payment plan contract and participation promise.
